Our Return and Refund policy consists of:
- Terms of return (any tangible product: t-shirt, journal, notebook, business cards physical material) may be returned for 50% refund (within 3 business days of dissatisfaction of service rendered) upon receipt of original item and packaging.
- No REFUND or project release will be implemented for digital services (i.e. digital services include but not limited to-website building, 1to1 web help, digital flyer and/or created content) rendered and unsatisfied once FINAL payment has been received. If client is unsatisfied prior to providing FINAL payment JMM will issue 50% refund (within 7-10 business days of dissatisfaction of service rendered).
- In the case client has made FULL upfront payment for example items such as but not limited to website build; client can request 25% refund at time of disapproved drafts and no later.
At anytime JMM rep has made request for project content to supercede 5 request via email, text, or documented call JMM can rightfully discontinue said service if final payment has been made. If Final payment has not been made client can rightfully receive 50% refund of initial submitted payment.
